What a wonderful experience it was for us to discover AG Starlite! Initially we were indecisive about whether to invest in oil-filled candles because most we had seen looked as though they were oil-filled, not like wax candles. AG Starlite’s “candles” look real! It is only when we hold them up to the light and look very closely that we can tell where the oil chamber is, which pleases us greatly. So we were quite pleased with the first two altar candles and followers we purchased from you.
We found them economical enough to use that we eventually invested in four made-to-order blue candles for Advent, and they are just superb. In the eleven years I have served as chaplain/pastor in this continuing care retirement community, these are the first candles that have fit our holders! Not only do they fit, but the color is the exact brilliant blue we needed, not the muted or dark blue offered by others. Again, the “candles” look opaque, like real beeswax.
Another advantage is that they are smokeless, even when the heating or air-conditioning systems are blowing on them. For people who have breathing issues, that is really important. I don’t know that we will need more candles themselves, but we will continue to buy our liquid wax from Starlite. It is economical and lasts a very long time.
Not only is the merchandise of excellent quality, but also the service is very personal. There was good follow-up to make sure the order was received and to find out how well the merchandise works for us. We are very grateful for AG Starlite and the personal service we have received. I look forward to a long-term continuing relationship!
